Everyone who is anyone in New York was at the Year of the Pig Lunar New Year parade in Flushing this year. Weird cat guy and unsuccessful mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa and proud bigot City Councilmember Vicky Paladino marched just behind U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer, who has kissed every baby's forehead in New York City. Mr. and Mrs. Met, the thickest couple in mascots, worked the crowds. The Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs Commissioner Manny Castro briefly stood next to a float that Chuck E. Cheese was on. Happy New Year.
